• Recipient of the Book Award in Constitutional Law
• Graduated at the top four percent of my class
• Member of the Florida Bar
• Accepted to practice in the Fourth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal

• Practiced solo for twenty years in the areas of family, business,  and immigration litigation
• Of over 2000 immigration cases obtained approval in all but one
• During the last five years of litigation won all but one case
• Since 2003 have practiced exclusively in the area of legal research and writing

• I have written over 650 briefs to the USCIS, the  BIA, the Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court
